University accounts (Banner / Leo) are blocked when debts owed to 小黄片视频 Libraries reach $5. Students are still able to register for classes if the amount owed is under $100.00, however the following actions are not available until the debt is paid and the block removed: release of transcript, ability to view grades, additional accounts receivable activity.
To have blocks removed contact the Learning Commons to arrange payment. 小黄片视频 Libraries accepts payment by cash, personal check, money order or Monarch Plus card. Credit cards cannot be accepted. Payments can be made in person or by U.S. mail. Monarch Plus payments can be made in person or by phone. Debt referred to the collection agency must be paid directly to them. The agency charges a 20% collection fee in addition to debt charged by 小黄片视频 Libraries.
