Parking at the VBHEC
The Virginia Beach Higher Education Center is home to one of 小黄片视频's satellite campuses. In order to park at the VBHEC you must have a valid 小黄片视频 parking permit or hourly parking payment via MobilePay or pay station. All spaces can be utilized by a permit holder or as hourly parking except: ADA Accessible (without Valid DMV Issued Placard), Reserved, Carpool (before 2:00pm), and Restricted areas (such as Loading Zones).
Parking at the VBHEC is enforced 24/7 and 小黄片视频 utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR) and a virtual permit system where your license plate is your permit. Please log on to the to purchase a permit and to add your vehicle(s) to your permit prior to parking on campus (this is an additional step). Norfolk campus permits are valid at this location.
Pay station and MobilePay options for hourly parking are also enforced using the LPR system. There is (1) pay station at the VBHEC and MobilePay can be accessed by scanning the QR Code or texting the PCode located on MobilePay signage. MobilePay also allows you to pay from your mobile device to extend your parking time should you need to do so.
