Graduate Assistant: Assist the Visit Team in managing daily functions as it relates to prospective student tours, large scale admissions events, boutique recruitment efforts, and Campus Ambassador training.

Assessment: Support the department of Assessment & Planning.

Graduate Assistant: Help provide career guidance to students and alumni both live with drop-ins and appointments as well as through electronic communication. Must be comfortable with technology and learning new technology systems (training is provided).

Graduate Assistant: Provide academic advising, success coaching, and academic support to first- and second-year students.

Retention/ Persistence: Assist with implementing division-wide strategies for first-year and second-year success.

Student Government Association: Assist with the supervision and development of the Student Government Association.

Student Outreach and Support: Assist the Director of Student Outreach.

Academic Initiatives: Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Leadership & Learning in recruiting, training, supervising, and providing feedback to Peer Mentors for the Living-Learning Community program.

Assistant Hall Director: Assist the Residence Hall Director (RHD) in the daily management and development of a residence hall program that fosters an environment that is conducive to personal, academic, and social growth.

Information Technology: Act as a technical support person for the division.

AAPI & Intercultural Initiatives: Promote the sense of belonging, engagement, and success of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI), Native American, interfaith, and multi-ethnic student populations.

Black Initiatives: Promote the sense of belonging, engagement, and success of the Black student population.

International Initiatives: Create an inclusive community for the international student community.

Latine Initiatives: Promote the sense of belonging, engagement, and success of the Latine student population.

Living-Learning Communities: Support recruiting, training, supervising, and providing feedback to Peer Mentors for the Living-Learning Community.

Service Learning: Support in developing and facilitating service and civic engagement opportunities and will support the student food pantry.

Graduate Assistant: Assist with research in identifying best practices in designing, developing, implementing, and assessing the effectiveness of efforts to promote and foster military-connected student success.

PAVE Graduate Assistant:Coordinates and oversees the Peer Advisor for Veteran Education (PAVE) program

Special Services: Assist in the provision of services and accommodations to students with disabilities.

Testing Center: Have direct involvement with working with college students who experience disabilities.

Hearing Officer: Provide support and leadership for the student conduct process.

Aquatics: Assist with administrative responsibilities pertaining to the operations and programming of the J.C. Scrap Chandler Pool.

Esports: Assist with administrative responsibility for the Esports programs and gaming facility.

Facility Operations: Assist with administrative responsibilities pertaining to the operations of the Student Recreation Center.

Fitness & Wellness: Assist with the administration of the Fitness & Wellness programs.

Group Exercise & Programming: Assist with the administration of the Group Fitness & Instructional Programs.

Health Promotion: Assist with planning and administrative responsibilities for Health Promotion programs.

 Health Promotion - Healthy Relationships: Assist with planning and administrative responsibilities for Health Promotion programs.

Intramural & Extramural Sports: Assist with administrative responsibility for the Intramural & Extramural programs.

Climbing Program and Challenge Course: Assist with the administration of the Challenge Course.

Adventure Trips Program: Assist with the administration of the Outdoor Adventure Program, specifically the Adventure Trip program and special events.

Sport Club: Have a key role in the management of the sport club program to include management of student staff, game and practice scheduling, player eligibility and leadership development of club officers.

Strategic Initiatives: The Graduate Assistant for Strategic Initiatives will support the mission of the Student Enrollment, Engagement & Services by assisting with high-profile student engagement, research, grant writing, and priority projects.  

Fraternity & Sorority Life: Assist with the supervision and development of the Fraternity & Sorority community.

Programming: Assist with the supervision and development of large- and small-scale programming initiatives.

LGBTQIA+ Initiatives: Assist in training, workshops, events, and community development for the LGBTQIA+/Queer community.

Sexual Assault and Abuse Free Environment (SAFE): Coordinate programs and services for the SAFE Program.

Social Justice & Equity Initiatives: Creating and sustaining an equity driver program.
